Another Volk CE28N Question for the Experts
Well, it's about time to find some tires to put on the Volk CE28N's that I ordered from R&D. Seems like the 'recommended' sizes are 205/50 front and 255/40 rear. There's a decent number of choices for those sizes, and I probably should just stick with those.... but....
Will 215/45 front and 265/40 rear work?
Volk CE28N Info:
Front 17 x 7.5, 50mm offset
Rear 17 X 9.0, 63mm offset

Seems OK at first glance but I wonder how tolerant the ABS will be to the 3% difference in front and rear rolling radius? Fronts are on the small side and rear are on the tall side. The other thing to consider (kinda splitting hairs) is that your gearing will be slightly taller which is not desirable.

Personally I would go with a 225 up front and 255 rear. Sounds like a better bias.
