anti-bling?
I was thinking that when it is time to replace my current tires, I would try to get some on 16" steelies. Has anyone ever done this? I think it might actually look kind of cool. Sort of a rat-ride kind of thing, but without the primer. Does anybody know if steel wheels are even available in the proper offset and size? would they clear the brakes? Feel free to flame if you want to. It's just a thought, and I'm kind of expecting it. Thanks.
Ummm...explain why again? Steel wheels are usually heavy. I think the only reason to go anti-bling is because bling is slow. But steelies aren't fast either so...
Anyway, if you want a different set of wheels that aren't bling, I'm thinking of selling my winter set of Mille Miglia's with or without snow tires. Pics here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?act=m...d=si&img=205781
I'm local, let me know.

I was really thinking more of an alternative wheel for when i need to get some winter tires, so I don't have to swap tires on and off the same set of rims. Maybe just a less hassle thing. 03_AP1, is that your car? Are those wheels the correct size? offset?
