Tire rack says 45mm is very aggressive
any thoughts on this i'm completely stock.

I would really like to run 245s on the back, if that's possible.

17x8 +45 / 17x9 +45 RPF1s are a common set up and look great. At stock height you can get away with not rolling your fenders. If you do decide to lower the car in the future you will have to roll your rear fenders.
