I am buying a set of winter tires and wheels for my mom's 1998 Rav 4. I found a set for $532 plus shipping from Tirerack. (that is what it says in the latest Road & Track for the steel wheel / tire combo)

Just thought I would be a cheapass and see if anyone knew of any ways to get free shipping or discounts.
