I bought the car with these tires on it
Fronts Bridgestone potenza pole posisition S03 205/55ZR-16 91W
Rears Bridgestone potenza pole posisition S03 225/50ZR-16 92W

The front tires look pretty good but the rears are shot. From what I have been reading I totally have the wrong tires. The car is stock and not lowered and will not see snow. Just looking into replacing the rears. Now here is the question do I need get the same replacement or do I go with the 245/45YR-16 in the pole posisition S03 from Bridgestone?

Thanks for the information- Just one last question I will go with the 245/45/16 for the rears. Would it make any difference if the fronts are Z rated and the rears are YR rated? All four tires will be Bridgestone Pole Position 03. Tire Rack has them for $202 each and does not carry a 245/45/16 in a Z rating. Just want to get it right the first time around.
