Default AP1 Rears on front

I recently broke two of my NT03's so I want to put my AP1 rears onto the front. I understand that without boring them out I would be able to use them by using at least a 5mm spacer. However, what if I wanted to use a 20MM spacer to have them sit flush to the fenders?
To my understanding, I would need a spacer for a 70.1 center bore, I would definitely want them hubcentric. However seeing as the AP1 rear wheels have a center bore of 64.1, would this even be possible?
I'd just want to verify this before spending anything. If my hunch is correct, the only way to do this is to have my AP1 rear wheels bore'd out to 70.1 and then run the spacers?
Thanks for the help.

Interesting concept. I didn't even realize the bore was different until you said something.

15mm spacer with studs and put a 70.3mm bored 5mm spacer on that for your 20mm.

So basically stacking spacers? Is that even safe? I mean I understand it, but, sounds sketchy, no? None the less, something I haven't thought of. Pretty interesting concept.

But it won't clear the center bore of the 15mm hubcentric spacer.
