Default AP2 V3 Wheels

I need to replace my tires and am torn between the AD08 vs. RS3. I plan on doing some track events but not many.

Also, for those on a 225 size tire up front did you have any clearance issues? Rubbing? I plan on eventually lowering my car on a set of Swift Spec R's and am wondering if the extra width would be an issue...

Thank you!

I am running 225 RS3s in the front on stock wheels and springs. I have not had any rubbing issues with street or autocrossing. I also run 255s in the rear with no rubbing issues.

These are stock upgrade sizes for S2k. You will not have rubbing or clearance issues.

Thanks! I plan on lowering on Swift Spec R and i read it may have a chance of rubbing against the fender liner clips and eventually wear through them.

Yes. It can also go through the liner and grab the fender so keep a close eye on that when you lower. The rears will be fine but the front can cause damage even with oem wheels when lowered.

Thank u. I will keep a very close eye on it.

Appears 225/45/17 is a hard size to come by... Tirerack and other tire shops near me are sold out.
