Default AP2V1

If I put the AP2V1's put on my AP1, would it look stupid it the car wasn't lowered...or do some people just throw these wheels on and go. If so, I would love to see some pics.

They would look fine. There are no issues with rubbing either. Just use the 215/45R17 and 245/40R17. If I can help with the tires let me know.

I think that a car that is developed with 16 inch rims will probably look goofy with no adjustments made when switched to 17 inch rims. Does that make sense?

The AP1 was developed with 16s. The AP2s come with 17s, but it is the same body/chassis.

So what you are saying is all AP2s look silly?

I think my AP1 with AP2 wheels and OEM ride height looks fine.
