Will these wheels with specs below be able to accomodate 215/245 Sumitomo HTRZIII tires (OEM sizes) without fender roll and running on a mildly lowered S2K (1" - Eibach Pro-kit)?

17"x7.5" (+48)
17"x8" (+45)

yes, thats a strange stagger though on the rim width.

I have the same offsets but my rear are 9" and I'm not lowered. Hopefully I will not have to roll rear fenders. But im using 215/255 combo. You should be fine though.

With the 245/40R17 you should be fine. If I can help with the tires let me know.
