I am running (4) 19x8.5 +32 rims around my acura TL, I was wondering if it would fit on my 05 ap2?

When he said size, he meant full size- such as 225/30/19 ect.
I assume you are going for the hellaflush look, because if you are wanting wheels that fit properly than no, those will not fit.

I suggest to sell those on an Acura forum and buy a set of LMs better suited for the S2000. 19s look huge on a non-widebody S2000 IMO.

then you have a terrible wheel. you need to downsize to an 18 MINIMUM (17's tend to be more popular) and while you can get away with 17x9's you are going to have to look into something with far less offset (like the PF01 or 949's) and do some slight fender modifying.

yeah that offset is way too low to keep things functional.
