ok. let me elaborate on what he said.
the front will fit like the rpf1 guys. will require a 215 tire. and some negative camber. .about -1.5 degrees. you might get away with -1 degree.
the back will require extensive modifications.
you will need between -3 to -4 degrees of camber. a 245 tire, rolled fenders, and you need to shave/relocate the rear bumper bracket.

When the average guy comes on asking if a rim will fit, he's usually not considering do a hack on the alignment or the fenders. If you pound on the car long enough and hard enough, you'll make almost anything "fit". That's not the general intent of such questions.
They want to know if they can get those rims, plant tires on them and bolt them to the car and drive down the road without scraping something every time they turn the steering or run over a popsicle stick.

Yeah man, I saw the set up on eBay too so it doesn't hurt to ask ... but no, I would not put 17"s up front and 18"s in back on the S2000. The handling would be very weird without a huge amount of time invested in suspension and alignment setup.
