Default BBS RGR question

are these japan only BBS RGR's? they seem to be different from the one's i've seen available here?

the lip on the rear looks great. are they the same size and just the color making them look different?

if they're different, can these be special ordered?

I don't know of anything different. The wheels we carry are the only ones brought into the US market by BBS.

In the pic above, they probably just put a wider/lower offset RGR than normal. Not the correct application for the S.
As you can see, the lip is way out further than the tire sidewall!

Those are from Japan, we can't get that version here in the US. That is the "DSK" color, all we can get here is "DBK" Tire Rack would probably double their RG-R sales if they offered a few more of the colors (hint, cough, hint Jim).

The color for the US is a mix of silver and black, called Diamond Black. It almost looks chrome in the sunlight, in the shadows it looks gunmetal. It's a good match for my Silverstone, but I would have preferred the brighter silver, or a polished lip, or both.

18"s dropped 1.5 in no rubbing. the ones with the silver center caps are made in the US the ones with the gold center cap are the real JDM ones.
