Default BBS RS offset question

Hello guys:

I found a set of rims for my s2000, but I got a offset problem, the seller is in another state, so I want to make sure everything will be alright before he start shipping.

here is the offset and size: 17x9 +20 5x114.3

does it will fit for a s2000?

can I make it more deep dish?

thank your guys to help me
