best offset's for 18-8 and 18-9.5?

best offset's for 18-8 and 18-9.5?
what would be the best offset for these sizes... 3 piece wheel made to any offset I want so what's the best
the car will also be lowered with h&r sport springs .75 I believe...also any info on tire size would be helpful also, thanks....jay
