HIN/Street Pimpin'/Ghetto Ballin' wheel choice: 18" or 19" HRE crazy offset/camber with a slammed to the ground suspension.

Functional Street: Volk CE28N or RE30 (tie) 17" S2000 offset

Functional Track: Volks CE28N, Volks RE30, TRMotorport F3 (as mentioned by TubeDriver), Enkei RPF1s, and Prodrives.

Again...all subjective for the S2000.
