I was a little sceptical of trying out these tires, but so far I am pretty impressed. The tires seem to have ample grip in the dry( hasnt rained yet), but I'm also comparing them to the old bald so-2's. The tires are really new so I will keep everyone up to speed on their longevity. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.
btw went with 205/55/16 in the front and 245/45/16 in the rear.

I had these tires on my car for about 8,000 miles.
I really don't drive too hard , but they needed replacing at about the same time as the SO2's for me.
Wet traction was better than the SO2s but only so-so in general.
Dry--the traction was much better with the SO2s.

General thought -- Decent tire for the price, but I didn't buy the same tire again.

 

I have a set of these on my car at the moment, and they are pretty good. In general the ride is a bit better and my wife says the car handles better for her.

I didn't notice much difference in general, but they aren't as good as the stock S-02's at the track (less traction) ... they are still pretty good though. Wear life seems equal to the S-02's, I'm 1/2 gone at 5K miles. (got 11K on the S-02's, including 5 track days).

If I didn't have two sets of wheels these might be a good compromize between street and track, plus doing OK in the rain.
