Default Big difference going to a runflat tire?

I came across a good deal on a set of RE050A, but they are the Runflat version. If I do pick them up, am I going to see a big difference in ride over a regular RE050A? Sizes are 225/40/18 and 255/35/18.

Every runflat I've ever had rode like crap. I've never tried them on an S2K but I'm guessing harsh ride city-especially in 18" 35 series. On the bright side you definitely don't have to worry about your sidewalls feeling too soft.
