Default Blitz offset question...

Hey guys. I have Blitz Technospeed Z1s left over from an old car. All 4 wheels are 18x8 45offset. I searched and I know staggering the wheels is best, but I have these wheels here. I have 235/35/18 Nitto 555s on right now. I was thinking of buying (2) 215/40/18 for the front. Now would this setup rub? I'm planning on lowering the car about 1 inch soon. Also will having all 18x8 around cause any negative effects? TIA!

You won't rub.

the only negative i can see is that the front will sit flush with the fender, and the rear will be sunk in.

If he is sunk in the rear, he can purchase spacers

thanks for the replies. I thought with a 45 offset rear I would be sitting out more flush then sunk in the rear since most S2Ks run a higher offset in the rear. Anyways I plan on buying the 215/40/18s soon now.

They are only an 8" wheel which means that the rear wheels will not be as close to the fender as the front wheels.

Remember the rear has a +63offset while the front is only +50.

A 10-15mm spacer would have you pretty close to flush in the rear.

Thanks alot! I appreciate the insight. Can you tell me who else sells spacers? I know H&R only makes 5,15, and 25mm. Also do you think a 10 or 15mm spacer is better? I guess I'll try putting the wheels on and see how sunk in they are for the rear.

No problem.

Kics makes a good wheel spacer with hub rings (sold separately) and wheel studs. They are a nice option to the H&R and they come in 10mm. Evasive Motorsports sells the spacers for $110.
