Stock pads are the BEST unless you do SERIOUS tracking.

Go to the Honda Dealer in your town and pick some up.

I put on the Hawke ceramic performance pads and the brake dust residue is much better. I got them at Tire Rack and they were not too expensive.

How many miles have you had the Hawke ceramics on for? How are they compared to breaking with the stock pads? Any reasons that you dislike them? Thanks. I'm in the market for new pads that dust less but are = to or greater in performance than the stock pads.

Axxis Ultimates if you want better street stops at the cost of dustier wheels. Otherwise the stock ones are plenty.

Ceramic pads are going to give you less brake dust and they are easier on the rotors. If you are a more aggressive street driver I would lean to the Hawk HPS. I used those with good results and they are still a low brake dust pad.
If I can help let me know.

I would strongly recommend against the Hawk HPS pads. I got less bite and a softer pedal on the street than with stock pads, and at the track (I know they're not track pads) they are totally unusable, dangerous even. The stockers are much better street pads, and infinitely better track pads (as poor as the stockers are as track pads).

Based on my one-time experience, I see only disadvantages going with HPS vs. stock pads.

Perhaps mine were from a bad batch?

Perhaps I should have complained to the supplier, but I knew I'd get the response that they're not track pads...
