Default Bridgestone RE760, DWS or V12?

I'm looking for a a tire that is great in dry and wet conditions but also with long life to it. I know the DWS lasts long according to Tire Rack and Discount Tire and a couple other online reviews. Looking for some first hand reviews on the 3 from here.

1. Dry perfomance
2. Longevity
3. Wet performance
4. Price
5. Snow/Ice
6. Which tire runs the widest

Thanks!

Running DWS 205/55/16 on my RSX... I don't drive it like I stole it so I can only tell you about the following

2. Longevity = Good
3. Wet performance = Good
4. Price = Good
5. Snow/Ice = Good

In those 4 categories they have done very well.

Also they aren't very loud at this point. I have about 25,000 KM

The Conti DWS is an all season. The DW (non S) is the UHP summer tire that competes against the RE760 and V12 Evo 2. If you're driving through snow and ice then The DW, RE760 and V12 should be off your list or you should pick up another set of wheels and run winter tires on those so you can run some better summer tires on your main set.

It barely snow in my area and when it does I usually take the bus till roads are clear. I really wanna try the Bridgestones. I used to run v12's on my rsx and didnt mind them but I keep hearing good things about the other two.

The RE760 will feel the best out of all your options since it has a stiffer casing+sidewalls along with a more rigid tread design. Both the V12 and the DW have a lot more tread squirm and exhibit more overall deflection under load if you drive the car really aggressively. If you are just putting around town then you really can't go wrong with any of them.

If the main pretty is dry performance then I would choose the RE760. The DW is the best in the wet in terms of both wet grip and hydroplaning resistance. The V12 is the least expensive but behind the others slightly in pretty much every category (at least the Evo… I haven't tried the Evo 2 yet) , IMO. Wear rates are all pretty close between the three under normal driving conditions but I would be willing to bet that the RE760 would last the longest with prolonged hard use (track, auto x, really aggressive canyon driving etc.)
