I was just wondering if anyone else has received their Bridgestone tire rebate from the offer back in April-May. I thought it said 8-10 weeks, but have yet to receive mine, and on their website where you can track the rebate it's said "Step 2 - Verifying" for over a month now. They also didn't respond when I e-mailed them.
Anyone else having this problem?

 

I haen't received mine yet either.

 

Just got mine 2 days ago. I submitted with about 5 days remaining in the offer period (May 5?). I was stuck at step 2 forever, then it processed and mailed quickly.

 

I know it does take a long time.

 

I checked this morning : still stuck in step 2 of the 4 step program. I mailed mine out during the extended period of the rebate.

 

I received the rebate check last week.

 

I for one and a little ticked. See, I get that way when I am told one thing but a company does completely the opposite.

At the time I placed my order I was assured by the rep it was a qualifying order, and on the web site it was marked as such on this specific tire.

Several calls into the tire rack, and I was assured I would be receiving something in the mail shortly by several CR reps. Finally, I left a message for Jim here on S2Ki that went unresponded, and today after calling in again I was told that notes were placed on the 11th of August (3 months later mind you) stating that it was in fact a non-qualifying order.

My customer feedback to the tire rack: In the future, you can deal with Bridgestone mnfg rebates and just give me the total because obviously these rank right up there with most other consumer mail-in rebates checks being either entirely MIA or way too much hassle to even consider dealing with.
