Buying tires from US from Canada

If I buy tires from US and want to drive down there to have them mounted. Which install shop is good that's near Vancouver BC Canada?
If I buy from TireRack how do I specify that I want to have the tires shipped to a shop.

I'm wondering if I buy tires from tirerack, what type of shipping do you use to send to Canada.
And would you know approx how much custom fees may be tacked on?

Reason is that I'm looking for 2 stock tires for the front of my 05 S2K and its quite expensive here in Canada.

Any advice is appreciated
