Same guys, but I purchased my 17" CE28N-Ls from Jeff at Evolution Autosports (evo s2000) and would gladly purchase from them again! My rims arrived on my doorstep in perfect condition less than three days (if I remember correctly) from the day I ordered them.

Hope this helps!

Sorry to break it to you, but such a wheel does not exist.
Maybe you are talking about the LE28?

"CE28N-L" is what is on the Rays Engineering stickers inside each wheel.
