Default Can 18inchers work on an AP1?

Long story short..had an 06 AP2 for 3 years and had to sell.....
kept completely stock except for CR FSB very early and then
4.44 gears/K and N MAF towards the end...lost my S cause of work!

Finally got the cancer out of my life(2 business partners) and made enough
money to get another S..this time an '02 NFR which came with 18" Axis
wheels..sumis in the back and kumhos on the front.

I love this car!!!
It is "eye candy"..the rims.the NFR paint is just "wet"! and I presume its had some
minor tuning..there is a SHOWA box around the battery havent figured out exactly what
it does though.

Now then the wheels...this car has NO body roll..it sticks awesomely in low speed
cornering..say around 20-30mph..I can evoke some tire squeal something of which I never experienced
in my AP2 even doing hard corners at rapid pace...
my problem is higher speed conering and even on the interstate it just feels like the car
is on stilts!
Now a quick note..this car drastically pulls to the right...so its obvious some alighnment is
needed...but can 18" work with OEM AP1 suspension?
I mean with the right balance/alignment/camber etc..or is it just the nature of
the wheels are just tooooo big??
thanks for some help!

Yes they can work just fine depending on width and offset. Going to look silly because of the wheel gap but plenty if 18's on ap1's. find out what's wrong with the alignment though.
