Tire pressure question
Yeah. I run 245/40/17 fronts and 255/40/17 rears and still do factory PSI. You don't have to set them at a hirer PSI because it naturally takes more air to get to 32 PSI (Whatever factory is I think its 32) in a larger tire than a smaller one. Make sense?
Yup. Consider that PSI means: pounds/square inch which is force/area. If you're at 32 PSI stock and you increase the area the force has to increase to keep the same PSI.
