Default Can anyone tell me the difference

http://www.gruppe-s.com/SSR/SSRProfessor.htm

How do I read that chart, I understand that the top are the lip sizes in "mm", then wheels widths on the right and offsets in the middle.

what are the SL, NR, MD, HP? what difference do they make? do any of them fit on the s2k?

it's something to do with the disk?

Thanks!
Luke

i don't know the exact differences between them but the abbreviations mean:

SL - super low disk
NR - normal disk
MD - medium disk
HP - hyper disk

i'm assuming all four will have a different shape face and different brake caliper clearance.

more back spacing added...

means more brake space.

if SL pad= 0

then NR= +12mm of brake room
then MD= +20mm of brake room
then HP= +30mm of brake room

you only need SL for s2k..

NR= medium bbk= brembo/wilwood/spoon
MD=big big brake kit= larger bbk's stoptech, etc
HP=giant bbk= mu, j's, endless,

shape of face is same on multipiece.. just different backspacing.. they add mm's of metal to back of wheel. making more room and maiing lugs sit further.

different wheel brand s have different ways of making more room. which include changes shape of spokes

I have checked many times on these wheels and the higher the offset the smaller the lip on the wheel.
