can you run this size and offset?

No.
Some people will tell you "sure, it's fine. Just roll your fenders and run a lot of camber". Don't listen to them.

this is 17x8+25 front, 17x9+35 rear.

This is 17x8+35 front, 17x9+35 with hankook rs2 in stock ap2 tire sizes.
I posted an offset in this thread? Al I said is that a +35 offset on a 9" wheel isn't going to fit right.
What tire sizes are on those wheels up there? What camber? What kind of fender work if any?

Don't get me wrong, the car looks good. That's not a proper fitting wheel though. By your logic you could say "sure, you can run an 18x11 +25 wheel on he car, you're just going to have to buy fender flares or a widebody kit, run stretched tires, cut your stock fenders out, and run some camber". Sure the wheels will fit on the car. But they don't fit properly.
For a wheel to fit the car properly, it should be able to clear a stock body car with the steering at full deflection and full suspension stroke with factory spec alignment. I understand making a compromise for looks (I doubt my wheels fit THAT properly). But, the wheels you posted are a bit extreme for me and I wouldn't recommend someone who's not serious into the whole "hella-flush" wheel craze to buy them. It's going to compromise the driving of the car too much.

Again, you proved my point. That car is running out of spec alignment, with stretched tires, and rolled fenders. The wheels DO NOT fit the car properly.
