Question CE28 fitment question

Hi guys, I am planning on purchasing CE28SLs for my ap1 s2k. I plan on lower the car just a bit maybe 1-1.5in.
I am planning on getting 17x7.5 +48 for the front and 17x9 +63 in the rear.

I am not trying to mess with the fenders at all so will this fitment be any problem for me? If anything I would lower it only to the point where it won't rub at all in the rear or the front at full lock.
The tires I'm planning on pairing them with are Continental Extremecontact sports 215/45/17 for the front and 255/40/17 for the rear.

The coil overs I am planning on getting are the A-09 BC racing BR series coil-overs.
Hoping to get all the numbers/fitment issues and everything situated before I purchase as it's quite expensive and it's a 6+ month wait.
Thanks in advance!

I would go 225/45/17 for the front.

I would not. 215/245 is what I’d stick with.

Also minimize the risk of rubbing.

if you’re spending big bucks on volks I’d get ohlins

rear will fit 100% fine with 255's and no fender mods. Up front 215 will fit 100% fine, with 225 and that offset you would need more than stock camber and/or bending the fender liner tabs but no modification needed to the exterior profile of the fenders. The outer fitment (close to the fender) with a 225 would be the same as a 17x9 +63 with 255 (what I run) the 215 will leave about 5mm more fender clearance.
