Default cheapest rims that have the right offset ?

i am looking for rims to change the image of the look of the S. i dont know what is really out there. i was thinking about some CE28n's but for 2000 for a car thats parked on the street all the time is slightly ridiculous.

any suggestions?
i am mainly looking for something with the right stagerred fitment and offset

17 or 18's

i was interested in some wedsports but the offsets look close

from what i can tell the offset is slightly off. i want something that has a good offset. i dont want the tire to stick out or worry about any rubbing issues.

they had some sruk rims or something
good offset but made in korea

www.rotawheels.com

There are several on this site that will work. Most notably, the D2, the Torque, and the slipstream. There are many others too.

The AR1 does fit with no problems with the 215/45R17 front and 245/40R17 rear. You can see pictures of cars with the wheels on them on our web site.
The Shuk WR1 is 179.00 front and 189.00 rear with a 62mm offset rear. I have both of them in stock currently. If I can help let me know.

thanks jim

i know you guys have quite a bit more selection of wheels that are not on your site that do fit the S.

i was looking at the wed sports but am really worried about the fitment. i am really worried about rubbing issues. i checked the faq and i see that at times a 50 offset is fine and the wheels are a 52. but when i see pictures they look like they stick out and will rub.

I've looked everywhere for something like this.

the best "cheap" rims in my opinion are the

-5zigen GN+ in 17" and 18"

-5zigen FN-01RC in 18"

-OEM 17"

5zigens are the closest I've ever seen so far as far as offset. all of these can be lowered a little but some will probably need 245 width in the back to keep from rubbing.

hopefully sometime in the future something comes up. the 2005 sti changed their bolt pattern so a bit higher offset 8.5 wide rims have been showing up. but it's a long shot
