Default Cheapest tire place

I am currently looking to buy new tires, as my S02 really suck in da rain....
I am planning to go to Seattle or somewhere close to the border to buy tires, cuz of the high exchange rate.
Can anyone help me out and recommend me a place where they sell good quality tires for a cheap price? Any inputs will be appreciated, thanks!

you lucky canadians...it used to be the other way around...now everything in Canada is super expensive.

try discount tires... check out www.tires.com then call them to see if they have the specific tires/size in stock.

tirerack typically has better prices, but they don't have retail stores.
