Default Costco Info.

I just called Costco in Culver City. They keep so2's in their regular stock. I even made sure they were the ones for the S2000.

they are 129.99 for the rears and 109 for the fronts. And if you buy all 4 at once, they give you a 60.00 discount.

And the price includes all installation and balancing.

They only sell Mich and Bridgeston.

So i guess that leaves Kuhmo out. But with the 60.00 discount, they come out to the same price.

Other than supporting small business, which i like to do, is there any reason not to go here?

No reason not to go there if they really have the Honda OEM S02's. I've used them before (not for the S2000) and have been happy with their price and service.

How did you make sure they have the 205/55WR16 89W and 225/50WR16 92W Honda S2000 S02's?

I have checked with the Costco here and the S02s they have ARE NOT the stock Honda tires, but the Pole Positions. I would double check with Costco to be sure before I plunked down the $$$

On the other hand they have sweet prices on the Gforce KDs. They are not in their catalog but can order

I also checked at Costco here in Arizona, since I had a blowout last night on my right rear. They didn't have S02's listed in their catalog. The closest they could come was S03's at $159/ea. in the 245/45/16 size. Tire Rack here I come.

OK...well now you all have me thinking.. But i guess that is why this board is here.

I am going to call again and speak to a manager and make sure.

If they say they can order the so2s, are there two different types of them?

and how can i make sure they order the right ones?

The load/speed codes are a giveaway: if they are w-rated and have a load rating of 89 (front) and 92(rear) then they'll be the OEM S02's.
