I need to know if its possible to fix small scrathes on a polished lip due to a curb.

 

It's quite possible, I've even seen some pretty severe cracks and bends repaired.. if you're just talking about scratches in the metal you may be able to compound and buff scratches out yourself, if the rims are clearcoated they'll nee to be repainted. I'd try looking in the phone book for either a wheel repair place or any good body shop. It all depends on how serious the scratches are.
