Default Curb Rash? Can it be fixed?

Well yesterday I had the luck of just barely grazing a curb at about 25 mph on a turn. Crazy part is that it didn't even go around the whole rim. Here are some pics. Is it possible to sand/wetsand out then repolish???? Scratches are not that deep but I cant stand it....... Any info would be a big help. I did a search and can tell you that I found a lot of info filling in then repainting but not much on aluminium.

By the way.....The rims are I-forged Aero 2 piece. Thanks a lot.......Kenny

Yeah, that can easily be fixed. Try http://www.fixrim.com/ (wheels america). They will leave that lip brand new and it will cost you about $100+mounting tire. If you wanted the whole rim redone it would cost you about $129. Check their website and see if they have a location by you. But yeah, that is an easy fix for them.
