I have a few options...
1) Buy a second set of AP1 wheels, put average all-seasons on one set of wheels and put good summer tires on a second set. This option would cost about $875 (not counting mount and balance).
2) Buy a set of good all-seasons and just live with the handling difference (not sure how substanial it would be). I would either go w/ the P-Zero Neros (about $400) or Pilot A/S (about $600).
3) Put a set of Neros (about $400) on the car when the S02s are dead and start socking away money for a set of aftermarket wheels (or Ap2 wheels).

As you don't state where you live or what kind of seasonal conditions you encounter, it is difficult to make specific comments on your enquiries. "All season" tires have been considered "no season" tires. They do everything adequately but no single thing well. If you are using these in snow/ice/slush conditions, "all season" tires are like I said - "adequate". Personally, I wouldn't rely upon all season tires for deep snow/ice/slush duty on a RWD car.
I live in maryland. typically we got one or two real snowfalls a year and the rest is rain the freezes and turns to ice. If the snow is really bad I can take a day off from work or take my girlfriend's car (she is a teacher and they close schools for minimal snow down here). So basically I need to be able to get home safe if I get stuck in snow or the roads are icy. I have no issue going 20mph under the speedlimit if that's what it takes. I just need to be able to navigate the roads as long as I use care.

If you want TWO sets of tires/wheels, get a set of dedicated winter tires and a set of summer tires.
Or you could compromise by using all-season on one set.
I'd go with the two sets, as I've done so ever since I had the Prelude.

Personally, I would want to take full advantage of the performance of a truly dedicated summer tire. That's the best way to extract the extent of this car's handling. If you are considering another set of tires for the bad road conditions, get that extra set of rims and put dedicated winter tires. There is no point in having performance summer tires and all season tires on another set of rims. If you go all season tires, then just get the best ones of those you can afford and use them all year round.
Have the best you can get for summer and the best you can get for winter. All seasons will always be a compromise of both. Sometimes, life's circumstances requires compromise.
