Default disappointment with tire rack

I haven't been driving the toy as much but was surprised when it failed inspection for the rears being worn.
eh... C'est la vie!

jump onto to tire rack to order replacement S-02's.
Tire now claims that the OEM tire size for the 2002 S2000 is 225-50r16 instead of the correct value of 245-45R16.
I have always trusted tire racks information so I just ordered the replacement tires.
I got home and checked to find that it is not in fact the the right tire.
caveat emptor I guess time to scratch another company off of the trusted list.
now I have to figure out how to return them. Damn, I just hate being lied to even if it is a little white lie.

225 is correct for the rear of all AP1's. Check your owners manual.

205/50/16 front and 225/45/16 rear.

225/50 IS the correct stock size.

Also, a lot better options available than the S-02 these days.

The manufacturer specified size is 225/50/16 rear. Sure, the stock tires run closer to 245mm IRL. But...the size listed for the car is 225/50/16.

We've beat him up enough that I'm only replying to apologize for supplying the wrong aspect ratio in the first reply. That's the size I'm running and I kinda, sorta, definitely forgot.
