After spending some time under my car flushing tranny/diff/and oil I checked out my tires and I could see some small cracks. The tred is fine but I am not sure if I should be worried about the small cracks in between the treds. Anyways if I need to uprade should I go with stock tires or something better I like yokohamas open to suggestions aprreciate all the help

 

how many miles are on the tires and how old are they (look at the DOT #)

 

I bought the car with 35,000 miles on it so now there is 46,785

 

They had to be replaced before you bought it htough, 46k on stock tires has to be impossible

the tred looks great but just small cracking in between the treds but so tell me about a upgrade for tires or should i just stick to stock with stock ap2 rims

 

if its cracking then i would replace it, the rubber is getting old and dry.

 

I wouldn't worry about it. Spider cracks ain't that big of a deal if they're small.

 

OK so what tires do you recommend stock replacments or upgrade I dont track my S but i like the twisties I am thinking yokohama suggestions?
