Default Enkei RPM2

I really like these wheels, however, I am unsure on the size.

I went to whalentire, because I am on a very low budget and noticed that they have 18X7.5, and 18X8. My quesiton is, should I go with 18X7.5 front, and 18X8 rear, or just 18X8 all around? Also, is a 45mm offset goin to fit the way it should on an S? Thanks alot.

I would stagger the wheels and go narrow with the tires with the 45mm offset. You really would want a higher offset for more clearance at the fenders.

Another thing Jim. I dont know much about offsets and the S2000, but their 18X7.5 is a 42mm offset, and their 18X8 is a 45mm offset. Wont these offsets cause the wheel to not be in the fenderwell, rather, be just flush with it? Also, why exactly would you prefer to run 18X7.5 in the front, rather then 18X8 all around?

I went with the Enkei RPMs in gunmetal on mine, but kept with the 17" wheel. The offsets are the same. I went with a 7" on the front and an 8" on the rear. I do know that the 17x8 will fit in the front, but I wasn't wild about the way it stuck out slightly beyond the front fender well. Not sure about the 18", but the Enkei reps will do all of the research for you if your tire/wheel guy will take the time to contact them and talk to them. (I've never tried inserting a photo and am sure this is way too big, but here goes).

Those offsets are a little low (idealy you should be in the 50s front and 60s rear). From a performance standpoint, 17x7 and 17x8 would be better. You want a staggered setup because equal size wheels will just make your oversteer probems even worse.

Right - I used the stocks for my AX tires and these are my daily drivers. I just "dressed it up" in the driveway for photos to send to friends who don't know any better! I knew somebody here would catch that
