ES100 are going tomorrow
Well, the ES100's are coming off tomorrow and the Kumho's are going on. I wore the ES100 rear to wear markers, so I thought I'd write up a little something about them.
Pros = For the price, they are a decent tire. Better than most All-season tires for dry traction in warm weather. They also had much better traction than the S02's in wet conditions.
Cons = Traction was strictly average or lower for a performance summer tire. They are VERY noisey about halfway through their tread life. They follow every little rut, track, crack, and bump in the road. They wore faster than I expected... but I didn't get over 10k miles out of the rears but the fronts are still OK.
I'll compare them to MX's in a month or two.
