Default Federal SS595 Question

I've attepmted a lot of searches regarding the SS595 tire and I still haven't come to a definitive answer...and it appears specs on the Federal site are no longer downloadable for the SS595. Mine are currently way past their life and I'm looking for replacements. I'm using 245/40/18 (yes, I know 35 series is optimal but I prefer the 40 series look) and am wondering what a comparable similar size is of a "normal" tire would be? I'm reading 255 is more of what they are but I'm also seeing a few posts on other forums regarding possibly being more of 265. So which is it?

It depends on your wheel size too.
