Default Fender Rolling

Good afternoon guys,

I posted a thread in this section a few days ago and concluded that I would have to roll my rear fenders to fit a 17x9 +43 wheel. Going to be running a 245 rear tire and i am dropped about 1.25 inches so i should clear fine with the roll and some camber. However, I am not sue if i will have to roll the front. Will be running a 225 tire in the front.

Will I have to roll the front? also, what are the chances of damaging the fenders (front and rear) with rolling. the person doing the rolling is knowledgable and will be using a legit fender roller (no bat/towel method)

thanks!

I would say with the combination of wheel width, offset and lowering the car you will need to roll the front and rear.

Yea I ran a 18x9 +55 in front with 225s and -1.5 camber... barely was ok... You are 12 mm out compared to me so unless you wanna run like 215s in front and a decent amount more camber than me you should get a pull

did you roll your fronts? according to one of the online offset calculators, a 17x8 +43 will sit in 1mm more then a 18x9 +55. if you were able to get away with that sizing without rolling, then i should as well given that I gain 1mm in clearance.

Oh sorry misread - thought you were doing 17x9+43 all around... you should be ok in front if you run some camber, cut the fender liners, and aren't slammed. I would go with 215s though if I were you because my 225s had a very slight stretch on my 9's wheres 225s will have no stretch on your 8's
