Very nice! How much better is the grip? And what tires did you go with?

Well of course you won't rub at stock ride height.... drop it like its hot!
Also, there is a TSB out for your pinkish tail lights! Take care of that, and you will be good.

From my experience when you hit a bump during aggressive driving on twisted roads, you should experience a rubbing sensation at some point. Lowering your car could be a two edged sword, improving looks on one side, but on the other side making rubbing issues.

Frequent rubbing during aggressive driving will probably take away some of the joy of driving your car. You will spend to much time and energy thinking of when it should rub or not.

Thats just how I feel running stock ride hight with simular or same wheel/tire set up as you?.. My wheel/tire combo has been on the car since new.

By the way, I think your car look s good even with the stock ride hight..

offset: 215 48..245 55R} OOops, all these were taken with my chocolate phone, it was 5 min before it drizzled up top. I was intending to lower it later on BUT once the wheels went on it looked nicer than I thought (mabe because im seeing it in person). Plus im pretty sure i wont escape rubbing issues if i do lower. The hassel of rolling fenders and cambering doesn't make my boat float. They don't stick out any so I could possibly get away with just rolling but I like! As for the tires i went with the KAD2 or somthing like that..Jim at Tire Rack is experienced. Grip good but Haven't had the pleasure to test them in the rain yet which is where i have had big problems b4
I still need a few more details like side markers, exaust, and a painted vented hood but im a little broke for now.

As for lowerin', I've godda go with uusboi. 'Don't care how "good" it looks lowered if it's gonna rub. If you've godda ride aroun' dreadin' any section of uneven road that's gonna make the tires rub (n' don't try to deny it, when the tires rub, it's like you can feel the damage to yourself) it's jus' not practical.
Lowered cars are desireable on the smooth pavement of the track. On the street it's kind'a self-defeatin' when the driver of a car that's supposed to handle has to back off n' set his butt to maximum pucker 'cause the irregularities in the road r' gonna cause him to rub.
All this is, of course, personal preference, but when the road gets twisty I didn't spring for the cost of admission to be havin' to back off because the road isn't totally smooth.
'Rubbin' when things get interestin' ain't no fun. Been there. Done that.
Be well.
