Default Fitment

18" Volk Sf-Challenge in Gold 18x8 +48 all four

I want to buy these wheels from a member here, but with my lack of knowledge, I wouldn't know if these wheels will work fine for the s2k or not? Is the offset ok? The rear wheel of the s2k is wider then the front, this member is selling all 4 wheels the same size...is this going to be a problem?

Thanks for any input.

LOL! I know, it's a little weird with all 4 wheels the same size which is why I'm worried....

yes this set up will work. Its not ideal to some eyes because there non staggered, but nothing but a staggered tire set up won't cure it

245/215 combo is Perfect. Although, As i said, some will look down on this, but its your choice

I'm one of those people who wouldn't do it. The Falken 512's (mentioned in your other thread) aren't really very good tires either, do you plan on running them year round? What is your location? If I recall correctly (from the other thread) your OD's (Outside Diameters) will be different as well with 245 40's and 225 40's. Also I'm fairly sure those rear sizes will rub, unless some corrective action is taken (such as fender rolling, extreme suspension setup, etc.)

Can you do it?
Yes, of course you can, it's your car.

Is it ideal or close to ideal for handling and safety?
Nope.
Good luck,
Mike

those will fit with a 245 in the rear with no rubbing, but i would not recommend this set up either, just wait for the right sized set to come up

I'm located in San Diego California. The s2k isn't my daily driver. I drive the car only a few times a month. Right now the car has Tein Flex suspension on it.

What is wrong with Falken 512's?

Not very grippy compared to a lot of other options out there.
