Default Fitment and lug nut question

So just got these wheels, do I need to modify my fenders or anything else for proper fittment.

Also what kind of Lug nuts are good, can i use regular store bought one's or should i go out to get some better one's?

What are hub rings?

always roll your fenders. they might clear going straight down the highway, but they may not clear while you go up a steep driveway while turning

I would go with a 215/245 or 225/255. a 215/265 will have a thicker tire in the rear and might look funny

Already have those tires..

They definitely stick out over the fender a bit, is that ok?

Anything else i need to run these? I read something about hub rings or something like that..

you don't really need hub rings.

depending on the center bore of the wheel, you may need hubcentric rings to reduce vibrations at highway speeds

I'd get the hubcentric rings anyways for peace of mind. They're cheap.
