My buddy has Volk CE28's on his S and found out he has a bend in his wheel. Is it worth it to spend the money to fix it? I hear wheels aren't as strong as they are originally after they've been bent..

 

If the repair holds some sort of warranty, I'd let them do it if they're a reputable business. Repair is a viable option if done correctly by an experienced tech, we deal with some Alloy wheel repair people at work and they do a great job.

I've had several wheels bent (thank you Denver roads) and repaired. I would not hesitate to get a wheel fixed (as long as the company/shop is reputable)

 

Depends on the condition of the other 3 wheels. U could probably sell all 4 for $350 pretty easily. A set for $500 with no tires isn't hard to find. As for painting....Go with Plasti-Dip spray in black.

 

check around, you can probably find a local place that will do it for a bit cheaper. my local place charges $100

 

I paid 70 to fix my bent ce28. 140 seems steep
