Smile Flush wheel setup

I recently just bought an ap2 and I am planning to install HKS Hipermax S coilovers first. Then I plan on getting wheels, hopefully TE37SL. I am new to this and am not sure what size wheels and tires to get without rubbing. I was thinking 17x9+45 or 17x9.5+45 but am not sure what size tires or if those wheel sizes will even work for a flush fitment. Do I also need to get spacers for the fitment I want? I also plan on rolling the fenders if that is what I need to do to achieve a flush fitment. Any wheel and tire size recommendations?

To achieve flush fitment your fenders will need to be rolled/shaved by defintion. +45 offset on a 245 or 255 tire for the 9/9.5 width you mention sticks out quite a lot further than stock even without spacers. It can be made to be flush, but you will need a substantial fender roll/pull and camber for that.
