Front and rear wheel options
As a preface, I don't have any intention or desires to roll my fenders. I'm currently on stock suspension and at stock ride height and that likely won't change for a long while. I'm trying to decide wheels options for my car at the moment, and I'm pretty set on the MITA FKS, but I'm torn on sizing. This afternoon, I took a rear wheel and threw it on the front. I know the hub bores are different, but after getting it mounted flush and factoring in the equivalent of a ~5mm or so spacer because of the hub lip, I'm hitting the control arms in both directions with essentially a 17x8.5 ET60 wheel.
Right now I'm trying to decide what's the best sizing option. I'm looking at 17x8 ET53 front, 17x9 ET63 rear. I think this will safely fit from what research I've done. I would like to be able to fit 17x8.5 ET53 front, 17x9.5 ET63 rear, but I'm worried the front will rub and contact the control arms still and the rears will rub.
Anyone have any experience with any of these sizes?

8.5+53 won't *safely* fit under 100% stock front fenders.
That would be like putting a stock rear AP2 wheel up front, and also adding 10mm spacers.
You can do it, but you will, at some point, let the wheel/tire roll the fender for you. Your fender liner would also suffer.

Not sure if I am in the right place. I know the front and rear wheels are different sizes. I have one question. Can you Mount a rear wheel on the front with the correct front tire size and Mount the front wheel on the back with the correct back size tire. I’m asking this because my inspection guy told me that I had a rear wheel with the correct front tire size on the front and the front wheel with the correct rear tire size on the back. Is this possible and if true I’ve been driving like this for well over 10k miles. Are the front and back wheels interchangeable?

I know you can run a front wheel on the rear axle -- it'll fit -- because if you get a flat rear tire you must move the front wheel to the rear axle and mount the spare on the front or the differential will be damaged due to different wheel circumferences.
The rear hub (and OEM wheel center-bore) are slightly smaller (64.1mm) than the front (70.7mm) so a rear wheel will not fit on the front by design. Guessing the lock washers shown in the photo push the wheel a tad outboard where the tapered hub is slightly smaller and allow the rear wheel to fit on the front axle.
Guys running square tire sized counter bore the rear wheels so they fit on the front or use aftermarket wheels. NSX hubs are basically the same but I don't know about the NSX wheel offsets.

So obviously, front wheels can easily bolt to the rear hubs.
The rears will not properly bolt to the front hubs.
Some goober can, however, force a rear wheel to bolt to the front hub. I've seen it a few times. It damages the wheel and the hub.
