Thanks again for the help everyone; I'm sending this thread over to my tire guys and will probably place the order on Monday after they've had a chance to review it. Now I just need to find a tire machine I can borrow so I can get everything on before taking it over to them for the alignment...

If I can help with the wheels let me know. I will also say that depending on the wheel you choose and the size tire you may need nothing more than just some negative camber. You can run a 17X7 or 17X7.5 front with a 17X8 or 17X9 rear. If you stay with 215/45R17 front and 245/40R17 you should be good with just some negative camber. If I can help let me know.

I am running on stock suspension/alignment with rolled fenders and rear bumper tab relocated. rears rub slightly on the very inside edge of the bumper below tab location, camber would take care of it or I could trim the bumper a bit.

17x8 +45 225/45 front
17x9 +45 255/40 rear

What sort of camber are you running now?

Thanks, but I'm not a Tire Rack fan. Great prices, and I'd love to use it, but it's too hard to order from (I have to put in my car, then it only shows options it thinks will work... if I want options that it thinks won't work I have to make up a car that will fit them, which is a pain). Wish I could just put in the specs I want and see those. EDIT: On second glance, it does let me select custom tire sizes, so that's not so bad. Still, no way to just input a wheel size as far as I can see. This is all too confusing.

I am running stock alignment so how ever it comes no camber added... my suggestion would be do some research and find someone that can roll fenders its worth it it did rub in the back at the very top before I had them rolled .. I was going to do it myself because of what a shop quoted it would have been much cheaper to buy the tool and do it my self me but then someone on my local forum referred me to someone. They charged me $100 to roll all 4 fenders and relocate the rear bumper tabs which was much cheaper than the tool. Just had to drive 2 hours to get to him was worth it he did a great job.

Hi all; went out of town for a while which delayed my plans, but now I'm back and yesterday I put in an order for:

17x7.5 and 17x9 RPF1's with 215x45 and 245x40 BFG COMP-2's.

Thanks again for all your help; I'll update with how it feels, any scrubbing I notice, and some pictures if I can convince myself to stop being lazy and break out the camera.

If you got the +48F and +45R then I just got the same set up and it looks good on the car (I'm at stock height).
bought the rims used so the previous owner slap 225s up front and 245s in the rear. Just put them on today so have not driven the car and can't
compare to my 225/255 i had on OE rims. When these tires wear out (they are like brand new) I will try 255 rears even if i have to roll the rears

*pictures are a little dark. I had to convert my DLSR .NEF file to Jpeg and this is what the converter did...
If anyone has a remedy please let me know

Damn, looks good! If the original pictures also look dark, turn up the ISO on your camera a bit and maybe open up the aperature. If it's just a problem with conversion, I'm an Adobe Lightroom fan. It's a bit expensive, but their raw support is a labor of love... nothing else works as well in my opinion. I've heard people say good things about Darktable (free and open source Lightroom-esq software), but I've never really liked it. Might be worth a shot though.

The wing is the mugen SS

I re-hosted the pictures. I downloaded FastStone from reading a thread here and I touched up the picture to make it a bit brighter. Doesn't look perfect but it is my first time so not too bad i think. I will look more into adobe lightroom, I'm still new at this whole camera stuff but I really do like it. Thanks for the tip btw
