Default help on choosing tire size

currently, i have 255/40/17 on the rear, and 215/45/17 on the front.
i need to change front tires, and i will be putting on the KG/mm Race springs.
should i stay w/ 215/45/17 or get 215/40/17?

You should have either 215/45R17 or 225/45R17 for the front. If I can help with the tires let me know.
Thank you
