Default Help me PLEASE ... with Alignment

hi everybody i have a 2005 gpw s2000 with tein coilovers dunlop direzza tires , front cusco sway bar EDFC , i just alignment with uk SPEC i have the rear tires new and the front ones like 60 % of life. the four tires are at 30 PSI but NOW i feel the steeting more nimble or faster so much that when i change of line i feel steering much faster than before but more nervous. i feel the car nervous when changing lines after 60 or 80 km , i read that to much caster make the steering slower i was having 7 of caster and now 6 45 maybe i need to put 7 again.

Maybe i need more caster ....!!!!

UK Alignment Specs

front castor 6.45
front camber -1.0
front toe 0.0
rear camber -2.0 NOTE i put 1.6 of camber
rear toe 0.20 total 0.40

Front Caster 6o45" = 6.75°
Front Camber -1.0°
Front Toe 0.0°

Rear Camber -2.0°
Rear Toe 0°20" = +0.16°
Total Toe 0°40" = +0.32°

way too much toe in the rear...like double what you should want. I run .15 toe total in the rear. I also only run 5.5 caster, but whatev.

So you just copypasta'd the alignment specs? We need to confirm those are in fact your specs...post a pic of the specsheet you got from your alignment shop.

20' (20 minutes) of toe is not 0.16 degrees, it's 0.33 degrees. 40' (40 minutes) is 0.67 degrees.

0.33 degrees per side, 0.67 degrees total is excessive.

Try half that, or less even.

the car was having 0.10 from the rear left and 0.60 from the right of toe in now is corrected to 0.40 , my car when i turn the steering to fast it UNDERSTEERS also understeers on turns...

i just readed that more caster makes steering slower and more precise maybe i need more camber and caster in the front

definitely more camber in the front if it's understeering bad. I think your caster is fine. You need less toe in the rear though.

if initial turn in is too quick and the car is "darty" and likes to wander RedCelica is dead on. for DD i dont know why you would want to toe it out anywhere near that much anyways...

you also stated the car understeers badly on a quick transition? thats odd if its darty as well. exactly what dunlops are you on? size? model?

your choices of tire size are certainly not helping an understeer concern. if your camber is that far off there is no telling where everything else is at. fix that, and some big sticker meat up front and i bet its a new animal.
