wow quadruple post lol

I think those are the right offsets with the spoon wheels, I would think that those wheels would work with the spoon calipers since they are the same brand. Best thing you can do is email spoon or call them.
This post is way off.

Just because spoon makes the wheels doesn't mean those wheels will clear their brakes. You think all the wheels they make clear all their brakes?

I know nothing about the spoon brakes but with most aftermarket big brake kits you have to go up in wheel size from stock so either to 17s or 18s in this case.

Also those offsets seem way off to me.

I won't be much help either, but there is a guy on honda-tech.com in the s2000 forums (he's the mod, I think) that runs sw388's and spoon bbk. His name's vapor. I'm sure he frequents these forums as well, but you should try over at honda-tech.

alright...on bulletproof website, it says sw388 needs to be the size that I posted up top in order to fit the spoon calipers in the front.

thanks guys for the info. and references!~

What offset can clear the spoon calipers? +35 or +45?

according to bulletproof and now one of the member on this board has informed me that the sizes are +35 front and +45 rear, to clear FRONT spoon bbk. Unless you are using a spoon bbk, such low offset in the front is unnecessary.

I am currently using:

spoon sw388
16x7 +35 offset
16x8 +45 offset

And Spoon 4 pot brake and clear without USING any spacers.

No rubbing and no clearing issues.

Hope this help.
